About Caitlin
Caitlin Elena is a trauma-informed healing arts practitioner and heart coherence facilitator whose work draws from earth-honoring and mystic wisdom traditions, along with contemporary neuroscience and bio-energetic science. She works with those moving through life’s most difficult passages, and with those drawn toward deeper self-understanding and transformation.
At the heart of her practice is the orientation that life is sacred — and that each person who arrives is met with that same reverence. Healing happens when that truth is felt and known.
Her approach is gentle, nature-loving, and heart-centered. Bridging science, somatic awareness, relational inquiry, and contemplative practices, she guides individuals navigating chronic stress, grief, major life transitions, and complex trauma — toward renewed direction and a stronger sense of purpose.
