Organizational Partnerships & Group Facilitation
Strengthening Resilience and Purpose in Times of Change
In a time of sustained stress and collective disruption, addressing trauma, grief, and chronic stress is essential to sustaining organizations, their staff, and the communities they serve — especially for mission-driven, care-centered organizations navigating times of change.
Caitlin is an educator and trauma-informed practitioner offering integrative coherence practices for trauma recovery and nervous system stabilization. She integrates science-based regulation practices with creative engagement within a structured, heart-centered framework. This allows individuals and communities to work with complex material in grounded, enlivening ways that strengthen direction, coherence, and a stronger sense of self.
Her work directly addresses grief, loss, trauma, chronic stress, and collective fatigue in times of social and personal change.
Caitlin integrates science-based regulation practices with creative engagement within a structured, heart-centered framework, allowing staff and clients to work with complex material in grounded, enlivening ways that strengthen direction and reinforce a stronger sense of self.
She is also available to collaborate with communities impacted by social rupture, immigration enforcement stress, climate events, addiction recovery intensity, caregiver fatigue, and related disruptions. As balance and synchronization return, people are better able to think creatively, make confident choices, and find meaningful solutions for themselves and their communities.
She is bright, articulate, and very skilled in meeting and working with others. Her presence brings steadiness and clarity to complex situations. She is a joy to work with.
Thank you, Caitlin, for a wonderful workshop experience! I knew by your education and background that you would bring expertise in helping caregivers recover from fatigue and grow more resilient.
The science-based handouts were practical and gave us ways to practice the techniques on our own. And the heart coherence experience changed the environment in the room of participants in such an uplifting and palpable manner.
It’s a great value learning ways I can manage my stress and fatigue on my own time.
Examples of what may unfold in a workshop setting:
-
Recognizing triggers and early stress signals in the body
-
Understanding how the vagus nerve supports safety and calm
-
Using heart-focused breathing and coherence practices
-
Reducing nervous system overload and reactivity
-
Strengthening emotional regulation under stress
-
Regulating between sessions to support ongoing care
-
Concluding sessions in a state of coherence rather than activation
-
Offering creative practices that brings upliftment while stabilizing coherence.
This work does not replace licensed clinical treatment. Rather, it strengthens therapeutic and community-based recovery efforts, making them more effective and sustainable.
She performed a terrific service under enormous pressure. The department could not have gotten through the crisis as well as we did without her mix of hard work and diplomacy. Ms. Flynn’s most important skills are her judgment, discretion, and ability to develop and keep straight the order of priorities.
