About Caitlin
Caitlin Elena is a trauma-informed healing arts practitioner and heart coherence facilitator, whose work draws from science, somatics and the sacred. She guides individuals navigating trauma, chronic stress, grief, and life transitions toward wholeness of mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Her work bridges contemporary neuroscience, bioenergetics, somatics, and relational inquiry — rooted in both modern and ancient wisdom traditions. Her approach is gentle, earth-honoring, and heart-centered.
The trauma-informed work is also shaped by pioneering voices such as Gabor Maté, Thomas Hübl, Peter Levine, Joe Dispenza, and the HeartMath Institute.
